It won't be Kim So-hyun's first time to work on a period drama, and in fact, it might just be her forte!

She's been dubbed "The Goddess of Historical Drama" by Korean press for the ease in which she slips into historical roles, a title that sets the bar incredibly high for her upcoming project. Fans have learned to anticipate only the best from this child star-turned-leading lady who has more than almost 40 K-Drama credits to her name, an expectation we're sure she'll meet!

More details about the drama have yet to be released, but it's said to be scheduled to premiere sometime in 2021's first half.

Son Ye-jin was previously rumored to star in this historical drama alongside Kang Ha-neul. The When the Camellia Blooms actor is confirmed to appear on the series, albeit only for a special appearance. Interestingly, Kim So-hyun is dubbed as the "little Son Ye-jin" due to their resemblance; the younger actress, in fact, played a teen Son Ye-jin as Princess Deokhye in the period drama film The Last Princess
