KZ Tandingan Dazzles In Futuristic "Supreme" Concert Teaser

“I wanted something that will reflect me as an artist,” KZ Tandingan says on the concept of the teaser for her concert "SUPREME: KZ Tandingan at the MOA Arena."

Dubbed as Asia’ Soul Supreme, her successful stint at China’s reality singing competition Singer 2018 proved that she’s ready to conquer the international stage, after her performance videos went viral several times during the contest. Of course, setting up her first-ever solo concert entailed some expectations, and KZ clearly won’t disappoint.

Teasers released this week gave us a taste of what to expect from this concert—a futuristic, upgraded, and an all-new KZ Tandingan up on the Arena stage. She herself chose the peg and was very hands-on on this feat. “Gusto ko kasi sa poster pa lang alam na ng mga tao what to expect. We wanted something very different but at the same time, maaalala ng mga tao,” the 26-year-old shares.

KZ will be sharing the stage with some of the biggest artists in the country that contributed to her growth as an artist. Included in the lineup are her fellow ASAP Soul Sessionistas Kyla, Jason Dy and Dary Ong, her biggest rap influence Gloc 9, "Malaya" hitmaker and close friend Moira dela Torre, KZ’s protégé Inigo Pascual, and her boyfriend TJ Monterde. Her song lineup includes old favorites with a new twist, and never-before-heard tracks that will delight her fans. Her concert is scheduled on June 22.

Another revelation? KZ plans to release a record after the concert—in China, no less!

“You should always challenge yourself. Never stay in your comfort zone. Never limit what you can do,” KZ says.
