Little monsters in Vegas, rejoice! Lady Gaga took to Twitter yesterday to confirm the rumors about her Las Vegas residency at MGM’s Park Theater.

Lady Gaga tweeted: “The rumors are true! I will have my own residency at MGM’s Park Theater. Get ready for a brand new show!! It’s been my lifelong dream to be a Las Vegas girl, I’m so overjoyed! LOVE YOU LITTLE MONSTERS WE DID IT, MEET ME IN Las Vegas!! #LasVegasGoesGaga.”

For a deal that is valued at nearly $100 million, the pop star is reportedly set to perform 74 dates with the possibility of a longer run. This means Lady Gaga gets a million-plus dollars per show. In comparison, Britney Spears’ renewed two-year contract with Planet Hollywood was at around $30 million. Britney’s “Piece of Me” show started in December 2013, and has since grossed more than $135 for a total of about 249 shows. Jennifer Lopez also has her “All I Have” Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood, which began on January 2016 and is set to end on September 2018; she reportedly makes $350,000 per show.
