The entrance
Walking down the aisle with Martine were her mom and dad. Shedding a few tears with every step she took that brought her closer to her groom, Martine received a round of cheers and applause from her select group of guests who knew all too well how happy she was.
The bride's look
Martine's finished bridal look included these details:
- A voluminous Rosa Clara gown played a starring role in Martine's wedding. The deep V neckline and sleeveless bodice highlighted her trim arms, while tulle skirt accentuated her svelte waist and lean figure. Its best features–which gave guests an equally pretty view of this bride from the back—were long, trailing bows that extended from the dress' straps and doubled as a train.

- When it came to her hair and makeup, Martine beamed with her hair done in relaxed waves that cascaded over her shoulders, a pretty pout in a natural matte lippie, and eyes that reflected the glow of her wedding's warm, tropical backdrop. Robbie Piñera worked on her makeup, while Suyen Salazar did her hair.
- Elegant earrings by JJ Jiao added the right amount of sparkle to her understated look. Resembling dainty petals bunched together in a pretty formation, this bride-perfect accessory was everything needed to top off a look that gave focus to the bride herself, and not just her outfit.
- Martine's scene-stealing bouquet is also worth a closer look. The exotic arrangement not only matched Martine's makeup—the only pops of color in her otherwise simple canvas of a look—but it was also composed of unusual blooms: orchids and anthuriums.
The bridesmaids
Martine's longtime friends and family like Janice Blanco, Isabelle and Ava Daza, Bea Soriano-Dee, and Jess and Georgina Wilson were right by her side at her wedding as her bridesmaids. Most strikingy, these beauties were also dressed in white—an unusual color to share with your entourage during a wedding! It was simply one of the ways Martine made a style statement, tastefully.
The groom
Not to be missed is Cliff, the dashing groom who looked amazing in a simple gray suit. Greeting his bride with a warm embrace as she met him at the altar, Cliff was clearly the happiest man to be alive at that moment. Watching Martine walk towards him, Cliff couldn't contain his emotions and expressed them in ways we all expected him to—with tears of joy!
The venue
Cliff and Martine got engaged in this exact same spot at the luxurious Alila Villas Uluwatu last year. Over a delicious dinner, Martine was surprised with a lovely proposal from her now husband. Instead of being given a menu, she was handed over a little booklet of sorts containing all the memories she and Cliff made since they met—photos, quotes, sentimental thoughts and all.
They couldn't have picked a better venue as it's both meaningful and downright magical.
The kiss
And of course, the most awaited part of every wedding, the "I dos" and the kiss! Cliff and Martine shared a sweet moment together in front of all their loved ones after being officially made husband and wife. Martine was snapped looking especially beautiful and stunning with her peach-colored bouquet after becoming Mrs. Ho.
The reception
No wedding is complete without a party to follow! Martine and Cliff's ceremony were promptly followed by a reception that was both relaxed yet thoughtfully put together. Cocktails and well-stocked grazing table full of appetizing snacks opened the feast and were the perfect introduction to the dinner ahead. Scrumptious servings of lobster tail salad, seared black cod and rack of lamb were topped off with desserts, speeches, and live musical performances as sweet as Martine and Cliff's romance.
Martine also wowed her guests with a beautiful ensemble for the second time and looked heavenly in her embellished dress and head piece.

The cake
Done in signature Martine style, her naked cake was super cute and unique! Rather than stick to the usual bride and groom topper, Martine ad Cliff's were adorable (almost) true to life versions of them. The cake stayed in theme as Martine's wedding invites, too! It's too pretty to eat with its multiple layers, inviting icing, and muted floral embellishments.

You can depend on Martine to get all the details of a special occasion just right.
She's got an eye for beautiful things, uncanny foresight about what's sure to wow a crowd, and organizational skills that are second to none. She's proven herself as a master planner time and time again, most recently with her Metro Weddings cover shoot where she served as the creative director, and the massively successful Sunnies Face launch. As impressed as we are by her, we were totally blown away by what she had up her sleeve for her own wedding.
The flight
This bride-to-be flew to Bali, Indonesia a couple of days before her wedding. She shared a cute photo of herself taking care of her own wedding gown on the plane before getting seated while looking excited for the big day ahead. The Southeast Asian destination was where she got engaged last year, making it the perfect wedding venue.

The accommodations
Martine checked in at the picture-perfect Alila Villas Uluwatu. The swanky tropical resort whose infinity pool overlooks a serene ocean is as beautiful as it gets, and this is where her ceremony was held.

The entourage
Right by her side are her family and friends for her big day. A quick look at her Instagram revealed that fellow It Girls Bea Soriano-Dee, Jess Wilson, Isabelle Daza, her sister Ava, and her husband Adrien Semblat were on the same flight as Martine along with other family members.

The pre-wedding workout
Breaking into a sweat and de-stressing at the gym was still a priority for Martine! Aside from helping burn calories, a workout helps clear the mind before an important event—and your own wedding is as important as it gets!
The hashtag
She might be career-driven, but that doesn't mean she's devoid of a sense of humor! Keeping with the trend of making memorable hashtags for her nuptials, Martine decided on #Martineisaho to brand her and her guests' photos from her wedding.
The outfit
Without revealing too much about her bridal look before the big reveal, Martine let everyone know that she would be in a Rosa Clara gown (she's the first Filipina Rosa Clara muse!) and decked out in custom-made shoes by LA-based brand Rafa, a crown (perhaps in place of a veil?) by Jennifer Behr of New York, and homegrown jewelry brand JJ Jiao.
The Welcome Party
Millennial pink was the color code for this chic pre-wedding affair.
The bride-to-be donned an ultra-feminine and frilly strapless Marchesa dress, and she was glammed up by makeup artist Robbie Piñera (who used Sunnies Face lipstick in Milkshake to complement Martine's fresh nighttime look) and hairstylist Suyen Salazar (who styled her hair in a beautiful messy updo).
The groom-to-be, on the other hand, wore a pastel pink suit with a white button-down. Check out their dessert bar, which also featured Martine and Cliff's favorite snacks!
We were absolutely in love with her creative idea of a photobooth, too: a simple full-length mirror that's perfect for a selfie; it's strategically placed to capture the dreamy, laid-back garden setup.
