#iROByouveryMAXX! Scenes From Maxene Magalona And Robby Mananquil's Beautiful Boracay Wedding

Actress Maxene Magalona and musician Robby Mananquil are now glowing newlyweds.

After getting engaged on Valentine's Day in 2017 during a romantic trip to Japan, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held at the elegant Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spa.

Close friends in and out of showbiz graced the event with lots of family members also present in the joyous occasion.

Among those in the crowd were Miss World 2013 Megan Young and boyfriend Mikael Daez and sister Lauren, Tim Yap, Maxene's previous co-star Julia Montes, Gary Valenciano and wife Angeli, on-screen couple Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona, and power couple Dr. Aivee and Dr. Z Teo. Saab Magalona, Maxene's younger sister, was sadly unable to attend due to her pregnancy.

The much-awaited beach wedding wowed guests as it was styled by popular event stylist Teddy Manuel in immaculate white and dainty cream to create the perfect backdrop for a Boracay sunset.

From the décor and flowers to guests' and entourage's ensembles, the color that symbolizes perfection, beautiful beginnings, and tranquility ruled the event.

Maxene was a vision in a simple, figure-hugging iconic Vera Wang gown that featured a low back, subtle sweetheart neckline, and a delicate veil trimmed in lace.

For her reception, Maxene changed into an airy off-shoulder number by Filipino fashion designer Vania Romoff.

To top off her understated looks were sheer makeup done by Denise Ochoa and a half-updo styled by Ethan David. The dashing groom, on the other hand, donned a crisp suit in white.

Walking down the aisle to her late father's song "Girl Be Mine," the blushing bride incorporated a locket with his photo in her white rose bouquet styled by wedding and floral guru Teddy Manuel. While the love-filled ceremony was a truly happy one, Maxene and others couldn't help but shed a few tears when she shared how her father's love had helped shaped her relationship with her now-husband, Robby.

"There isn’t a day that goes by when I don’t wish that you had met my dad. If he [were] here today, I just know how much he would love you. The way you’re deeply passionate about music was how he was with his. The way you love your dog Chewie was the way he loved his chihuahua Gringo. The way you love and take care of me was the way he loved and took care of my mom and our family. And as I stand before you on this special day, in front of all our family and friends, I say without a doubt that papa is happy. I can feel it in my heart and soul that he loves for the way that you love me," tearfully shared Maxene in her vows.

The couple's first dance as husband and wife ended in a sweet kiss, the first of many more to come in their new life of wedded bliss.

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Mananquil!
