#MetroLovesManila: Metro Magazine Celebrates Everything Local This Month Of June
For the month of June, Metro celebrates everything, from local fashion and beauty retailers to the designers who have given the best looks for the season. It begins with a heritage tour of Manila, starting off with Metro’s chosen locations for their cover stars.
In this issue, Metro also placed the spotlight on two designers making waves outside the country: Metrowear designer Michael Leyva and luxury bag designer Mai Mai Cojuangco, while we picked out the best designer collections as seen in Manila Fashion Festival and Philippine Fashion Week. Soon to be making a worldwide debut as well are our new queens—Catriona, Ahtisa, Karen, Eva, Jehza, and Michele—who’ve shared their stories of determination, perseverance, and the unexpected gains in winning the pageant of their dreams.
And finally, to satisfy your eternal wanderlust, Metro scopes out new stylish getaways that can take the place of Boracay. Or, if you’re more in the mood for a city-tour, Metro curated a lovely list of places you can explore to make you go on a singing spree for Manila, Manila.
