“All Of Us Are Dead” Cast Members To Follow On IG Now
This zombie apocalypse series introduced us to several up-and-coming Korean actors and actresses
It’s always nice to discover rising artists to follow in K-dramaland. And Netflix’s newest zombie offering, All of Us Are Dead, definitely has several new faces we want to see more of.
Some of them aren’t really new in the entertainment industry, but for many viewers, this may be the first time they’ve seen these young actors and actresses in a K-drama. And starring in All of Us Are Dead is, no doubt, a breakthrough project for them.
“It’s a story about the sudden appearance of zombies at school. And it should look as real as possible to viewers. So we wanted faces unfamiliar to the audience for the roles, which can be more appealing and more fun to watch. So we wanted to cast new faces to create the atmosphere,” director Lee Jae-kyoo said about casting rookies for the series.

Get Ready To Run For Your Life in 'All of Us Are Dead'
The 12-episode All of Us Are Dead, which dropped on January 28, is a Korean zombie series set in Hyosan High school. The campus becomes ground zero for the zombie virus outbreak which eventually spreads all over town. The students get trapped in the zombie-infested, virus-ridden school where they have no access to mobile phones, food, and proper survival gear. They must fight to stay alive, using whatever resources they can find in school, while hoping rescuers find their way to them soon.
In their desperate fight for survival, we are also witnesses to the friendship and bond of the students, who have to rely on each other and build teamwork despite the circumstances they’re in.
Beyond the gore and the many bone crunching, growling sounds, All of Us Are Dead is enjoyable to watch because viewers will find themselves rooting for the students, as they struggle to stay alive while staying true to who they are and not losing their sense of humanity.
Whether you liked or hated their characters in All of Us Are Dead, there’s no doubt we could be looking at the next generation of K-drama stars among this talented bunch.
