After going through a turbulent, troublesome 2020, these famous moms and dads have something so much better to look forward to in 2021 in the form of babies on the way (or who have already arrived!). Miriam Quiambao is expecting her second child with Ardy Roberto, dad of three Patrick Garcia is excited about his baby no. 4 with Nikka Martinez, while Meryll Soriano and Joem Bascon has their hearts full with the birth of their son last December.
These celebrity parents announced their baby news in the most heartwarming of ways, and we tell each of their unique stories below!
Miriam Quiambao and Ardy Roberto
It's baby number two for Miriam and Ardy! Or if we're being true to their experiences of parenthood, miracle baby no. 2. As their story goes, this mom and dad were trying to conceive for the longest time since getting married in 2014, but for a host of reasons weren't able to. As devoted Christians, they often talk about allowing God's plan to take its course and sitting back, letting things to happen when they were meant to.
They were already parents to Joshua, now 13, who was Ardy's adopted son from his first marriage, and Miriam loves him to bits. She wanted a bigger family, though, and continued to pray for a pregnancy.
Finally, in 2018, she learned that she was expecting at 43 years old, and in February 2019, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy they named Elijah.
On Instagram, she said, "Please keep me in your prayers as I am found to have subchorionic hemorrhage which is tantamount to a threatened abortion (on top of the APAS condition Category 2 & 5) which now requires me to be on bedrest until the hemorrhage is resolved.. Nonetheless, I’ll take this blessing anytime believing in God’s promise...."
"...Thank you Jesus for this answered prayer! I put my trust and hope in you," she added.

Patrick Garcia and Nikka Martinez
Will Patrick Garcia be a dad to a baby girl for the fourth time, or is he going to be a father to a baby boy this time around? We'll just have to wait and see!
Patrick and his wife Nikka, parents to daughters Chelsea (8), Nicola (4), and Francisca (3), started 2021 by letting everyone know that they were expecting their fourth child. It's why the couple that's usually pretty active on social media took a step back from vlogging and posting over the break; Nikka was overcome with "whole day" sickness, and has just gotten past that point and is now ready to talk about her fourth pregnancy journey.

Meryll Soriano and Joem Bascon
Ten hours—that's how long Meryll was in labor until she finally got to meet her son, her second child. And on top of the long delivery, this mommy shared that at six or seven months, she had acquired Gestational Diabetes and battled the anxiety with a risky pregnancy at 38 years old.
"...It was difficult and tiring most of the time. But, again, my age is a factor. I did what was needed to be done. Voila! I made it. I did it! I am so proud to have a healthy pregnancy and safe delivery," she shared on her Instagram. Meryll gave birth to her and Joem's baby boy in December.
She has an older son, Eli, now 13, who she shares with her ex-partner Bernard Palanca.
