Look! Pauleen Luna Was In The Company Of British Royals And Celebs At Wimbledon 2018, And We're Seriously Jealous
She didn't see just one, two, or even three world famous faces; she spotted six!
All the stars were aligned for the 29-year-old who got the amazing opportunity to watch the final match of Wimbledon 2018 which saw tennis greats Novak Djokovic and Kevin Anderson fight for the gold. The world's most prestigious tournament was just one, albeit the most exciting, item on her London itinerary which she enjoyed alongside husband Vic Sotto and a handful of industry friends.
While being able to watch a Wimbledon game is an awesome experience in itself, Pauleen's memories of the event were made extra special by the sightings of six very, very recognizable British personalities.
First, there were four dashing gentlemen that all ladies can name without fail: actors Eddie Redmayne, Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Grant, and Benedict Cumberbatch. These proper English lads were dressed to the nines, each donning handsomely tailored suits ranging from blue to sandy beige that made them stars of the already posh Wimbledon crowd.
But the cherry on the cake was definitely Pauleen's sighting of a famous couple not everyone gets to see, even with the greatest efforts. Pauleen saw none other than the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and was close enough to the royal couple to snap sharp images of the monarchs. Kate was sporting a playful lemon yellow summer dress, while Prince William maintained his kingly composure all throughout, even during the most exciting points of the match.
She immediately took to Instagram to post her photos of the once-in-a-lifetime encounters, comically unabashed about how starstruck she was. Friends and followers alike were quick to comment on her photos, all expressing how lucky she was (and how good-looking everyone was).
Pauleen’s timing couldn't have been any better, as this year's Wimbledon finals, or specifically its men's singles finals, was described to be one of the tournament's most well-attended and best-dressed in its 140-year-long history. And as to the game itself, this year's champ is none other than Serbia's Novak Djokovic who defied the odds with his sweeping win.
Adding to her lovely European summer trip was her meet-up with theater actress and newly married Metro Weddings cover girl Rachelle Ann Go, as well as her visits to Stonehenge, Hyde Park, and the Notting Hill bookstore that played a starring role in the Hugh Grant-Julia Roberts hit.
Overall, what an experience this UK trip must have been for Pauleen!
