Toni Gonzaga and Pepe Herrera's My Sassy Girl movie will finally be released in cinemas this January 31!

The top-grossing My Sassy Girl is a 2001 South Korean rom-com film that starred Hallyu stars Jun Ji Hyun and Cha Tae Hyun, and Toni and Pepe are the lead stars in its Philippine adaptation.

Viva Films' My Sassy Girl PH is under the direction of Fifth Solomon and is a project of production company TinCan Films. It was in 2021 when news about this remake first made headlines.

Toni Gonzaga, who will turn 40 this January 20, last starred in the 2021 film The Exorsis. Pepe Herrera, on the other hand, is seen in the Star Cinema DongYan-starrer movie Rewind that's currently showing in theaters here and abroad.
