<p>February is always a lovely month for actress, style icon, and digital content queen <strong>Heart Evangelista</strong>, with her birthday coinciding with Valentine&#x27;s Day.</p><div><br/></div><p>The ageless fashion and beauty muse just turned 37, and Heart Evangelista celebrated her birthday with a party at her and her husband&#x27;s (Sorsogon governor <strong>Chiz Escudero</strong>) beautiful home.</p><div><br/></div><p>As she turns a year older, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ7Ph_TvMLf/" target="_blank">Heart writes in an Instagram post</a>, &#x27;Hello there 37 ! The balloon wall setup by <strong>A&#x27;A Surprise Events Services</strong> was accentuated with a neon sign that read &#x27;Heart World.&#x27; Another design highlight at this party was the vignette with a tub filled with bottles of <strong>Moët &amp; Chandon</strong>; it&#x27;s a luxurious concept similar to a photo shoot Heart did for her birthday, where she was lounging in a tub of champagne bottles clad in a couture top by Celia Kritharioti and sunglasses by YSL.</p><div><br/></div><p>Birthday girl Heart Evangelista got glammed up in a two-toned black and white mini dress with a sweetheart neckline, big black button accents, and a big white bow on the side. It was created for her by her dear friend, fashion designer <strong>Mark Bumgarner</strong>, whose <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CZQa83NPmAh/" target="_blank">exquisite creation</a> Heart also showcased recently at Paris Fashion Week. She accessorized her dress with statement jewels from <strong>Royal Gem</strong>.
