<p>Miss Universe Philippines 2017 <strong>Rachel Peters</strong> and Camarines Sur 5th District Representative <strong>Migz Villafuerte</strong> got married again in <strong>Uluwatu</strong> in <strong>Bali, Indonesia</strong>. A queen by nature, there is no question she can pull off whatever look that she wears. </p><div><br/></div><p>&#x27;We actually finished creating her bridal gown right before the pandemic hit,&#x27; Boom told <strong>Metro.Style</strong>. &#x27;So Rachel and I were just so happy it finally got its moment. Every petal, every bead, and every flower was hand sewn to create a very delicate and intricate pattern that would be perfect for a Bali beach destination wedding. She wanted it to look elegant but nothing too heavy. Rachel has an amazing body and I wanted the gown to highlight and enhance her assets but at the same time make it look timeless, effortless and elegant. Good news came nestling in as the pair also announced their pregnancy through a baby bump teaser with their firstborn, Kaia, in May 2021. At the time, she was already in her 18th week of growing her baby girl.
