South Korean star Ryu Jun Yeol shared several snippets of his recent trip to the Philippines, and we regret not seeing him!

On Instagram, his newest post showed photos of himself posing across Philippine backdrops—one boasting the Metro Manila cityscape, another creating an impression that he is in a hotel, and an important scene showing Filipino children and the flag of our country. He also posed alongside a mailbox marked with a “Philippine Mail” text.

The Hallyu talent seemed to have attended a charitable affair for Compassion International, as seen in the final picture. A fan tagged him on IG as well.

Ryu Jun Yeol’s track in helping and aiding humanitarian activities and causes has always involved Compassion—an impact-driven child development ministry whose mission is to support children through church, sponsorships, and donations. The organization is dedicated to “releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name.”

Since he debuted in show business, Ryu Jun Yeol has been committed to serving charities and international institutions.

In a 2018 Kpop Herald article, in fact, the Reply 1988 actor said in his statement that he has been with Compassion International from the beginning. “I’ve been supporting Compassion. It is important to let them eat good food, but it is also important for children to get an education and have dreams.”

While supporters are sad to see the Korean star leave the country, they left him funny farewell messages in the comment section.
