Sarah Lahbati And Richard Gutierrez Have Officially Postponed Their Wedding
"As much as we want to celebrate our love with our family and friends, in light of the recent situation we have decided to postpone our wedding as we do not want to put anyone at risk," the couple announced
Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez have been together for years, got engaged in 2017, share two lovely sons together, and were set to tie the knot on March 14, Saturday, to officially become Mr. and Mrs. Gutierrez.
And then the coronavirus (2019-nCoV) took over (figuratively and literally), effectively shifting all focus away from the excitement about their upcoming ceremony to gauging if it was safe to gather hundreds of people under one roof, risking everyone's health.
Sarah and Richard then announced the inevitable on Instagram, given the increase in coronavirus cases in the country: postpone their wedding until the situation settles down.

As much as we want to celebrate our love with our family and friends, in light of the recent situation we have decided to postpone our wedding as we do not want to put anyone at risk. Thank you so much to those who flew in and to everyone who worked so hard for our special day. We only wish good health for everyone and we hope to celebrate with you as soon as things get better. Much love, Richard & Sarah.
The announcement comes after Sarah had a series of bachelorette parties with close friends. The couple also had a pre-wedding shoot in Palawan.
