Spice Girls Comeback This 2018? Yes, Please! The Ladies From This Iconic Pop Girl Group Reunite, And It's Breaking The Internet

We can hear screams of joy from the Spice Girls fanatics.

Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown, Melanie “Sporty Spice” Chisholm, Emma “Baby Spice” Bunton, Geri “Ginger Spice” Halliwell, and Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, the five original members of the iconic English pop girl group Spice Girls that was formed in 1994, reunited at Halliwell’s home in London. Spotted with them was the group’s former manager, Simon Fuller.

Photos from their mini reunion on social media totally made many people excited. After more than five years, fans got the chance to see the ladies all together again. Now, these ladies deserve to be thanked for "spicing up our lives" this weekend.

Victoria’s post nearly broke social media last Friday. "Love my girls!!! So many kisses!!! X Exciting x," she captions the photo which has more than 670k double taps as of this writing.

Emma also posted the photo, promising that “the future is looking spicy!” while Geri wrote “#girlpower is alive and well” on her Instagram post.

As expected, these photos sparked more rumors of a comeback and potential reunion project for the iconic all-girl group; such rumors have been circulating on the Internet for some time now.

Melanie C. and Victoria expressed reluctance over the venture last year. “It is not happening. At some point you’ve gotta know when it’s time to say, ‘That was great,’” Victoria shares on her interview at British chat show This Morning.

"We have enjoyed a wonderful afternoon catching-up and reminiscing about the amazing times we have spent together,” the group’s publicist Jo Milloy said. “We are always overwhelmed at how much interest there is across the whole world for the Spice Girls. The time now feels right to explore some incredible new opportunities together. We all agree that there are many exciting possibilities that will once again embrace the original essence of The Spice Girls, while reinforcing our message of female empowerment for future generations.”

The last time the Spice Girls perform together was at the closing ceremony for the 2012 London Olympics.
