In Photos: Stars At The ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2021

The grand event gathered the country's biggest and brightest stars

The ABS-CBN Christmas Special, which is an annual tradition among Kapamilya artists, was aired on Saturday, December 18. The grand event, dubbed "Andito Tayo Para Sa Isa't Isa: The ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2021," gathered the country's biggest and brightest stars.

More than the glitz and glamour of the star-studded event, the ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2021 was a tribute to the country's everyday heroes from different sectors.

Like last year, the show was directed by John Prats. This year's Christmas special also marked the second time ABS-CBN mounted the gathering since the denial of its broadcast franchise in 2020.

Stars sang a medley of ABS-CBN Christmas Station IDs to kick off the event: Coco Martin and Julia Montes for "Bro, Ikaw Ang Star Ng Pasko" (2009) with dance performances by Kim Chiu and Darren Espanto; Gary Valenciano and Janine Gutierrez for "Thank You for the Love" (2015); Ogie Alcasid, Kyle Echarri, and Jayda for "Ngayong Pasko Magniningning ang Pilipino" (2010); Regine Velasquez, Lovi Poe, Paulo Avelino and Richard Gomez for "Just Love Ngayong Christmas" (2017); love teams Donny Pangilinan-Belle Mariano and Seth Fedelin-Andrea Brillantes for "Family is Love" (2018); Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla for "Ikaw ang Liwanag at Ligaya" (2020); and Sharon Cuneta for "Andito Tayo Para Sa Isa't-Isa" (2021).

Other performances featured were those of Gary Valenciano, AC Bonifacio, Kyle Echarri, Jayda, Janella Salvador, Vina Morales, and Jolina Magdangal who did a medley of disco hits; Piolo Pascual who sang his son Inigo Pascual's "Dahil Sa'Yo;" Kapamilya heartthrobs (Donny Pangilinan, Edward Barber, Seth Fedelin, Kyle Echarri, Jeremiah Lisbo, Anthony Jennings, and JC Alcantara) who showed different takes on OPM harana songs; Coco Martin who was joined onstage by his FPJ's Ang Probinsyano castmates; the cast of upcoming show Lyric and Beat who sang "Ako Na Muna;" and Kathniel, Jane de Leon, Janella Salvador and Joshua Garcia who sang "Mabagal."

Also part of the show are the It's Showtime family as well as the casts of series Viral Scandal, La Vida Lena, Marry Me, Marry You, and the lead stars of Flower of Evil Philippine adaptation Piolo Pascual and Lovi Poe.
