This year, Filipino-American actress-singer Vanessa Hudgens is back to host the pre-show of the much-awaited Oscars. Now in her third year of hosting, the High School Musical star was again tapped by the organizers to take part in the ceremony. Dancing With the Stars Season 4 winner Julianne Hough will also be joining Vanessa to co-host the event.

Airing on March 11 in the Philippines, Vanessa and Julianne’s The Oscars Red Carpet Show is a 30-minute special that will highlight nominees, presenters, and performers for the upcoming Oscars edition. A multiview experience of arrivals on the red carpet will be streamed live, too.

Last April 2023, Vanessa Hudgens visited the Philippines as well to fulfill some commitments and receive the Global Tourism Ambassador award from President Bongbong Marcos. She was recognized in line with the administration’s ongoing efforts to promote the country’s travel and tourism sector.

Hosted by American television personality and entertainer Jimmy Kimmel, the 96th Academy Awards or Oscars 2024 will be broadcast from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles after the Red Carpet Show.
