#MetroMostStylish2018: Top 11-20 Best-Dressed Ladies

We’re now more than halfway through our #MetroMostStylish2018 list, and we’re excited to share with you the amazing women on the Top 11-20.

Make sure to watch out for these ladies in the upcoming February issue of Metro magazine.

Felicia Hung-Atienza

Felicia is the Head of Chinese International School Manila, president of the Philippine Eagle Foundation, wife to (Kuya) Kim Atienza and mother to three. A regular on best-dressed lists, Felicia is known for looking effortlessly chic. This was evident when she wore a black and yellow number by Rosanna Ocampo-Rodriguez, which she topped off with a black jacket at the wedding of Victoria Belo and Hayden Kho in Paris; and the pinkish-beige column dress with black appliqués she donned during Anne and Erwann’s wedding day in New Zealand.

Charo Santos-Concio

A former movie fan who eventually became a beauty queen, a model and an award-winning actress, Charo was also the producer of critically-acclaimed obras of Philippine Cinema—Himala and Oro, Plata, Mata.  The first woman President of ABS-CBN who is best known for her long running stint as host of the longest running drama show on TV Maalaala Mo Kay recently gained more accolades in retirement mode for her role in the movie Babaeng Humayo.  She published her book My Journey: the Story of An Unexpected Leader last year and is currently the Chief Content Officer, President of ABS-CBN University and Executive Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of ABS-CBN. Apart from these achievements, Charo is also recognized as a woman of impeccable style and substance. Like other icons of style, Charo has a trademark look. She has a penchant for soft fluid fabrics with tailored cuts. For red carpet appearances, the movie star appears. But most of all, she epitomizes grace and poise even under pressure.

Wynn Wynn Ong

Notable jewelry designer and Metrowear Icon Wynn Wynn Ong started her career as a jeweler back in 2001 without any formal training in Gemology, because she felt she needed to fill a void in the industry. Fast forward to today—her creations are lauded both locally and internationally. Wynn Wynn stands out for her signature sense of style: the perfect balance of classic and elegant, with touches of her own ornate jewelry. Whether it be travel OOTDs or dressing for industry events, her personal style shines through.

Marie Lozano

Marie loves fashion and it shows. She has different looks and different fashion moods; and is able to go from serious one day, dainty the next, to, finally, edgy and chic. She has fun with fashion and goes all out, which makes her stand out. Being in the public eye for quite awhile, as our star patroller covering star-studded events here and abroad, Marie Lozano is at times required to be on-the-go. This is where her fashion-chameleon-instincts kick in most: you’ll see her work slacks and a coat just as easily as a gown with fur and silk petals by Cheetah Rivera.

Apples Aberin

Apples Aberin has graced the pages of practically every magazine in the country. This top model, who is one of the founders of the Professional Models Association of the Philippines (PMAP), is currently the head of PR at Unilever and is a Pond’s ambassadress. While she generally loves neutrals, she is not afraid to experiment with prints and textures. One of her standout looks last year was a black modern-day asymmetrical multi-tiered ball gown by Rhett Eala for the Red Charity Gala, a look she describes as “dreamy and romantic yet perfect for reluctant princesses.”

Martine Cajucom

Martine Cajucom spent most of her life in California, where she graduated with a double degree in Journalism and Photography. After becoming the head of creatives and marketing for American Apparel, she moved to the Philippines to run Sunnies Studios as its creative director. Martine’s reputation as a fashion influencer stems from her well-curated Instagram account, which documents her work, travels, and daring outfits. She is both playful and fearless when it comes to fashion. She wore a custom Boom Sason dress to Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff’s wedding in New Zealand which featured a creamy-beige tiered skirt and a bustier top.

Amina Aranaz Alunan

Amina Aranaz-Alunan is known as the woman behind the proudly-Filipino Aranaz bags. The designer and entrepreneur is also the co-founder of SoFA (School of Fashion and the Arts) and a mother of three. With her on-the-go lifestyle, easy-breezy dressing is a must. Amina loves printed outfits, and she knows how to work around them to  suit her petite frame. One printed outfit we loved on her was from her Paris trip last October, wherein she wore a dark romantic floral dress with black knee-high boots and black leather jacket. She accessorized, of course, with an Aranaz native handbag. Aranaz bags have been featured in Vogue and are sold in Selfridges and Le Bon Marché.

Kim Jones

Kim Jones started her career in banking in Adelaide, Australia, before booking a one-way ticket to the Philippines to try her luck in modelling. After landing several commercial projects, and a hosting gig on television, Kim eventually made her mark as a digital creative and fashion influencer. Her style and personal website, which features editorial work in international destinations, has been recognized by prestigious titles such as The Coveteur, The Sartorialist and The Cut. Last year, Kim was featured as a guest judge in Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 5 to lead a social media challenge in which girls had to communicate their personalities with their style.

Bea Soriano-Dee

Cold weddings are the best

Bea Soriano-Dee has been modeling for local brands and gracing magazine pages for years. This momprenuer also co-manages Sunnies Studios with husband Eric Dee and fellow “It” girls Georgina Wilson and Martine Cajucom. Clean and classic is what essentially describes her fashion sense, but last year she wowed us at Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff’s wedding festivities in New Zealand, where she opted to wear a reverse denim jacket for the couple’s lumberjack-themed welcome dinner. For the wedding, she was clad in a green velvet dress, layering it with a warm and fuzzy black fur jacket.
