Binibining Pilipinas held its 59th edition on May 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. 40 aspiring beauty queens competed for the two coveted titles and crowns.

By the end of the coronation night, Palawan's Angelica Lopez was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2023 and Bataan's Annalena Valencia Lakrini as Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023. Lopez also received the Bb. Spotlight special award, while Lakrini was named Jag Denim Queen and Best in Swimsuit.

Davao del Sur's Katrina Anne Johnson (who also won the Bb. Ever Organics special award) and General Trias, Cavite's Atasha Reign Parani were named 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up, respectively.

In pageants like Binibining Pilipinas, among the segments people look forward to the most is the Q&A portion. "To be a queen is to not only arrest the attention of the room but also to move and inspire others with your words," said Miss Universe 2018 and coronation night host Catriona Gray as she introduced the much-anticipated part of the competition.

The Top 11 finalists participated in the Q&A portion and were each given 30 seconds to answer the questions from the judges.
