Camille Co looked radiant with her subdued makeup by Mariah Santos and braided updo by Arvin Santos. The bride-to-be's glow was complemented by her intricately embellished nude dress; on Instagram Stories, Camille shares, "I'm wearing the very last #CoexistbyCamilleCo dress ever made. We cut the lace appliqué to be handsewn in place one by one, and then carefully embellished the entire dress in gold beads." Her fiancé or "blogger jowa" (who was also celebrating his birthday yesterday), meanwhile, looked dapper in his camel suit by Bianca Cordero.

Camille, who established a career as a fashion designer, expressed that she wanted to move on to her other passions, that's why she decided to say goodbye to her Coexist brand; she currently runs Curio Cavern, a Scandinavian furniture shop, with Joni, and is set to open a restaurant called The Canton Club soon.

With the help of Tris With Love—the team which was not only in charge of coordinating the event but was also behind the beautiful styling of the venue—the ting hun of Camille and Joni was smooth sailing and, more importantly, a lovely, intimate gathering the couple and their families will be happy to look back on many years from now.

Other suppliers the engaged couple worked with include host Trina Coleen Ong (Trina Holds the Mic), Majic Touch which took care of the wall backdrop, The Sugar Trend for their red velvet cakes (which had traditional Chinese elements fused with modern touches—the flavor is Camille's favorite!), Te Amo Floristeria Manila for the flowers that livened up the décor as well as Camille's corsage and Joni's boutonnière, and East Ocean Palace for the venue (whose Chinese food offerings Camille's parents especially love). Wedding photographer Benjie Tiongco was there, too, to capture all the best moments in this special occasion; a slideshow of the photos captured earlier that day made the ting hun even more special than it already is.

Camille shared that her parents were the ones who really pushed for a traditional ting hun/Chinese engagement party. In a previous interview with Metro.Style, she says, "Sabi ko nga kay Joni parang let’s just treat that as a cultural experience for them. And it's his birthday anyway, so his parents are not just flying for the ting hun, they’re going to be celebrate his birthday as well." Joni is a Finnish entrepreneur.

Camille and Joni got engaged in August 4, 2018 at the Rikugi-en Garden in Tokyo, Japan. Read about their love story and engagement here

Congrats, Camille and Joni!
