Ella Pangilinan and Enrique Miranda's Cebu Wedding Party

A few weeks ahead of their big day, the couple celebrated with their loved ones in a place that holds a special meaning for Enrique

<p>For <strong>Ella Pangilinan</strong> and <strong>Enrique Miranda</strong>, their wedding wasn&#x27;t only a glimpse into their future together, it was also an opportunity for them to honor their past and their roots. As a fitting theme, they chose <strong>Filipiniana</strong> with hints of Spanish flair.</p><div><br/></div><p>The couple was very hands-on with and mindful of the elements to incorporate into their wedding, making sure each and every detail speaks volumes about their personalities and the traditions they grew up with. &#x27;Divide and conquer&#x27; was their strategy for the whole wedding planning. And so, that made our engagement season so much more fulfilling because a lot of things, we did together,” Ella told <strong>Metro.Style</strong> as they graced <a href="https://metro.style/people/digital-covers/engaged-couple-ella-pangilinan-and-enrique-miranda/36747" target="_blank">the digital cover of <em>Metro Society</em></a>.</p><div><br/></div><p>Ella and Enrique’s big day took place last December 6, with the ceremony held in Puerta Real Gardens in Intramuros and the reception in Palacio de Memoria which played a significant role in their relationship.</p><div><br/></div><p>But the couple also had a separate intimate wedding celebration in Cebu a few weeks before their big day, and it likewise followed their Filipiniana theme. It was held in the town of <strong>San Remigio in Cebu</strong>, where Enrique spent most of his childhood. </p><div><br/></div><p>For this event, as with their wedding, they also worked with event coordinator <strong>Amanda Tirol </strong>and photographer <strong>Jaja Samaniego</strong>. The couple wore creations by fashion designer<strong> Avel Bacudio</strong>. Ella was glammed up by makeup artist <strong>RB Chanco</strong>.</p><div><br/></div><p>As seen in the photos beautifully captured by Jaja, the event was laid-back with a lot of dancing and frolicking
