In Photos: Kim Yap's Surprise Bachelorette Party Was The Funnest Thing That Happened This Weekend
A bride-to-be's last days of singlehood have never looked more fun until Kim Yap's super pink, super fun, and super sparkly bachelorette party—a surprise event organized by none other than her sister and master party planner, Boop!
The celebrity stylist who got engaged in April last year is well on her way to becoming Mrs. Jarvis Sy. And while the beginning of a lifetime spent with her one true love is extremely exciting on its own, the fun-loving Boop made sure that her sister's farewell to singlehood would be just as memorable.
Boop, friends and fellow stylists Perry Tabora, Ton Lao, and AJ Alberto; event stylist Gideon Hermosa; makeup artists Justine Claudia, Denise Go-Ochoa and RB Chanco; hairstylists John Valle and Chris Rodil; celebrity pals Erich Gonzales and Kathryn Bernardo; and more family and friends were present in the special occasion held at the Makati Diamond Residences, all of whom made sure that Kim had the night of her life.
With the help of Labelle Fete and its expert wedding coordinator Ycoy Sitchon, the surprise event was a huge success. Two rooms were converted into the ultimate bachelorette party venues, one of which was designed to be a "nice" room, and the other, a "naughty room."
The nice room was decorated in edgy pink interiors from the fresh blooms to the ceiling canopies and tablescape, whereas the naughty room was decked out in larger-than-life sparkly walls, neon signages, tons of confetti, and even a dance floor that lit up.

Thinking that her party would start and end with just a lovely sit-down dinner, Kim was overcome with joy and surprise when she saw the full extent of what her sister put together for her.
Guests arrived in what looked like a white and denim theme that didn't just go perfectly with the bedazzled décor, but were also suitable for the many activities that kept everyone on their feet and laughing their hearts out for hours on end.

Keeping in theme with Kim's witty #KimLokarette pre-wedding hashtag, this bachelorette party's goings-on included dancing and singing along to upbeat tunes, a slew of hilarious adults-only games, dress-up activities as an ode to Kim's profession, drinks to keep everyone's spirits up, and of course, speeches of appreciation and toasts for the soon-to-be wife.
Proving her status as one of the metro's best party organizers, Boop even made sure that giveaways would hold the event's memories for many days to come. A customized bottle featuring a drawn image of Kim and a tag referencing a funny Mean Girls line was the cutest thing ever.
Overall, Kim and her lively group of loved ones definitely looked like they all had a blast while not forgetting the reason behind the fun—Kim's big day that's right around the corner, and a love that's worth celebrating time and time again.
