Oxford dictionary defines “tastemaker” as a “person who decides or influences what is or will become fashionable or trendy.” Nowadays, this pretty much encompasses all aspects of life—from fashion to travel to where they eat and party to how they decorate their homes and live their lives. Today’s tastemakers are admired for their personal taste and how this is applied to the kind of lifestyle they cultivate. Ultimately, they have the power to shape beliefs, sway opinions, and inspire and transform lives. They live their lives, which we basically aspire for and follow.
