These Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Queens Make a Statement in a Fierce Neon-Themed Shoot

Miss Universe Philippines 2020 queens Rabiya Mateo, Bella Ysmael, Michele Gumabao, Pauline Amelinckx, and Billie Hakenson are stirring up excitement for this year's pageant.

With a striking neon-themed photo shoot to mark the transition to the next phase of the competition, these gorgeous slay queens are setting the bar high once again for the organization's next batch of phenomenal women. They inspire them at the same time with their own journeys to the crown. MUPH's message of sisterhood can also be felt in the way these women reunited to welcome a new roster of beauty queens.  

Miss Universe Philippines 2021 announced its Final 30 last September 1. And as seen on the organization's Instagram Stories today, the delegates are now gathered to get ready for the next rounds of the pageant.

But first, the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 queens deserve the spotlight on the last stretch of their reign, as they're about to meet their successors. Rabiya Mateo, Bella Ysmael, Michele Gumabao, Pauline Amelinckx, and Billie Hakenson starred in a fierce and sexy shoot, photographed by Seven Barretto of Studio 7, who was also in charge of the creative direction, alongside photo team members Claude Villahermosa and Dariel Miraflor. The shoot had the beauty queens rocking neon swimwear, accessories and even eye makeup, posing in a backdrop filled with neon jeepney and bus signboards.

Other creatives who worked with these beauty queens for this photo shoot include set designer and art director Erwin Botin of Botin Studios; styling team Mikee Andrei and Jerald Ignacio; and hair and makeup teams Carissa Cielo Medved and Florenz (for Rabiya), Lei Ponce and Jericho Panotes Valenzuela (for Bella), Japeth Mike Purog and John Mallari (for Michele), Mila Gulfan and Jonas Lucas (for Pauline), Jim Ryan Ros and Jericho Panotes Valenzuela (for Billie).
