Princess Beatrice Is Pregnant With Second Child
Princess Beatrice and husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's bundle of joy will arrive in "early spring"
Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and her husband, real estate firm CEO Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, are expecting their second child, as announced on social media by The Royal Family.
The post comes with photos of the couple and Edoardo (or Edo) walking with three-year-old daughter Sienna and his eight-year-old son, Christopher Woolf, whom he shares with ex Dara Huang.
The Royal Family captioned, "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in early spring; a sibling for Wolfie and Sienna. His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news."
Beatrice and Edo got engaged in Italy in 2019. They got married the following year with a private reception held in the gardens of the Buckingham Palace. The couple welcomed their first child, Sienna Elizabeth, in September 2021.
Beatrice is the elder daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson. A niece of King Charles III, she is currently ninth in the line of succession to the British throne. Her younger sister, Princess Eugenie, congratulated her on her pregnancy via social media, sharing a photo of their family from Christmas of 2022.
"Congratulations Beabea.. So looking forward to more on this journey of motherhood together. And adding another little one to the gang," Princess Eugenie wrote.
