We recently went on a trip to Palawan to visit this eco-luxury hotel set against a backdrop of lush tropical forest, alongside a vast stretch of pristine beach. Another highlight of this luxurious escape is that we were joined by renowned Michelin star Chef Deepanker Khosla of Haoma Bangkok, in collaboration with Chef Chele Gonzalez of Gallery by Chele. Both chefs showcase a deep commitment to ethical and environmental principles. Chef DK’s Haoma earned its first Michelin star in late 2022, combined with a Michelin green star for outstanding work in sustainability. He always had the visions to create sustainable food and beverage business. 

In a gourment bonfire beach barbecue dinner, Chef DK’s menu shines a light on exquisite dishes using fresh, local ingredients, in collaboration with El Nido Resort’s Executive Chef Ric Ramos.
