This Is What The Best Presidential Villa In The Country Looks Like

For many people, P300,000 is a big sum of money. But for a privileged few, it’s just a one-night stay in the only Forbes Five-Star hotel awarded in Manila this year by the Forbes Travel Guide, the NÜWA City of Dreams Manila.

Their Presidential Villa is a two-level 548-square meter space that makes no compromises when it comes to luxury. A night here would cost anywhere from P250,000 to P300,000—but you’d be surprised to know it’s almost always booked.

The first thing you’ll see upon entering the room is your personal butler standing in a cozy foyer, ready to welcome you with drinks and a cold towel. As you begin walking, you’ll notice a well-stocked bar on the left, armed with top-of-the-line liquors and spirits to cater to your very expensive taste. If you’re inclined to cook your own meals or have someone cook for you, there is a kitchen to the right of the foyer.

Complimentary coffee is served by way of a Nespresso machine, complete with a selection of capsules with varying flavors. There is also a selection of tea in the drawers in case tea is your preference.

Serene and sophisticated hues of turquoise, beige and champagne envelope the entire space.

The dining area is the first room you’ll encounter (it boasts a 10-seater table) followed by the spacious living room with a 55” smart television with multi-channel satellite and JBL iPod docking stations, sure to delight audiophiles. One of the best things about this high rise villa is its automated curtains in every room that open and close at the touch of a button.

Just before you get to the master’s bedroom, you’ll walk into the private office suite that’s probably the size of a modest studio bedroom of the everyday man. The master’s bedroom has a king-sized bed, its own television, and its own living room nook for a more intimate hang-out.

Inside the master’s is its own massive bathroom, complete with a bathtub, two-sink setup, walk-in closet, and shower room. An automatic toilet complements the master bathroom’s modern facilities. The elegant bathtub doubles as a Jacuzzi and lets guests indulge in a relaxing drawn bath, while the shower facility comes with dual shower heads for couples, with a choice of eight luxury amenity brands: Hermes, Ferragamo, Acqua di Parma, Bulgari Green, Bulgari Red, Ren, Chopard and L’Occitane.

To get to the second floor, you can either use the stairs or the private elevator your villa comes with. The elevator opens up near the in-room gym that’s right beside the private spa area where you can have your massage.

The second floor hallway provides a lot of natural light and has a one-way glass to give you privacy, while also giving you a spectacular view.

There are two rooms on this floor, both with queen beds that come with 300 thread count sheets and a selection of pillows upon request. Both rooms come equipped with their own expansive bathrooms with bathtubs, walk-in closets, and double sinks.

If you’re entertaining guests, you can also opt to bring them outside the villa on your private patio that has an outdoor Jacuzzi and a spacious lounge to enjoy bespoke refreshments. You also have a private access to the public pools just a stone’s throw away.

Spending your money to stay here will definitely give you a taste of the finer things in life. How can you ever go back to your humble staycations after this?
