Look! "It's Showtime!" Host Vhong Navarro Marries Tanya Bautista In A Cozy Kyoto Wedding

Kyoto, Japan—Early winter temperatures in the picturesque Japanese city might be at a chilly early seven degrees, but at Vhong Navarro and Tanya Bautista's intimate wedding yesterday, November 28, the love permeating the air was enough to warm the whole room, guest's hearts included.

The newlyweds exchanged "I dos" at the the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto where they first held their ceremony at a private chapel, then transferred to one of the five-star destination's event spaces. Come the after-party, Vhong and Tanya had everyone indulging in a delicious feast, watching dance performances, and bonding during their short respite from work. 

Vhong was stylish as usual, and donned a dark slate blue checkered three-piece suit and bow tie while his bride was just as non-conforming in a satiny blush off-shoulder number accented with an oversized bow by Michael Leyva. The couple had changes of outfits for the latter half of the celebration with Vhong ending the evening in a copper suit and Tanya in a cream, dance-friendly pantsuit. 

Keeping their party exclusive to a select few, Vhong and Tanya welcomed longtime friends as well as a number of It's Showtime! hosts including Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff, Vice Ganda and Ion Perez, Kim Atienza and Felicia Hung, Ryan Bang, Angel Locsin, celebrity doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho (and Scarlet Snow!), as well as Karylle, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta and Andie Aguirre, and Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford. The last of whom did a special song number for his bud! 

For Vhong's eagle-eyed fans waiting to catch a glimpse of the most special moments of his wedding, they were ecstatic to see that another well-known celeb friend of his made it a point to be part of the wedding. John Lloyd Cruz was very much in attendance, and even delivered a speech for the couple. 

Vhong remained in character for the duration of the evening, acting out funny antics—including pretending to kiss his bride during her walk down the aisle!—to entertain his guests. Tanya, on the other hand, was just as game to make the crowd burst into amused laughter and applause when she and Vhong broke into the "Chicken Noodle Soup" dance that won over the Internet with its silly dance moves as their first dance as husband and wife.

The evening went on to show the newlyweds to perform a skit, enjoy more dance numbers (the members of Vhong's former dance group, Streetboys, also reunited at the event and even entertained guests with their electrifying dance moves!), and of course, cut their cake and share a toast. 

Before tying the knot, Vhong and Tanya were a couple for at least 10 years. They've managed to keep their relationship low-key for the most part, but were previously thrust into the spotlight five years ago when Vhong was entangled in the controversy involving Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo.

Tanya became known to the public when she was seen at Vhong's bedside while he was recovering from the physical injuries he sustained from the ordeal. 

Before their destination wedding, Vhong and Tanya headed over to Vietnam where they worked with Metrophoto for their pre-wedding shoot. The short trip featured the lovebirds posing in some of the country's most picturesque landmarks including the newly-opened Golden Bridge.
