In Photos: Albert Martinez’s Daughter Alissa Ties The Knot In An Intimate Wedding In Canada

A gorgeous bride amidst gorgeous scenery: Albert and Liezl Martinez’s younger daughter, Alissa, married Paulus Reyes at Banff National Park in Canada, and we can’t get enough of it! 

Having gotten engaged in December last year, Alissa and Paulus tied the knot this week, seven months after their beautiful pre-nup shoot, also in Canada. 

Alissa was a vision in white, calling the day of her wedding the “happiest day of her life.” The equally happy dad proclaimed how amazing an experience it was seeing her wed the love of her life: “Seeing my Alissa looking so happy and radiant is a truly amazing experience,” he wrote in an Instagram post, “But it is tinged with a little sadness because it’s also the moment you realize she’s all grown up.”

“I will always be Papa’s little girl,” she wrote in an Instagram caption to a photo of her and her dad, Albert. 

The ceremony took place at St. Mary’s Parish while the reception brought the bride, the groom, and their guests to the Sky Bistro in Banff Gondola. Alissa and Paulus were super hands-on with the preparations of the wedding—the flowers were sourced locally from a flower shop in Banff, Paulus’ dapper suit was a gift from his uncle, and Alissa’s beautiful gown, which she and her sister picked off the rack, was a gift from her aunt! The wedding was absolutely no-fuss in terms of preparation, and yet it looked so luxurious!

Later that day, Alissa looked back on their intimate wedding by reposting the Stories of several of her friends’ and family’s including her sister Alyanna and her best friend Denise.
