#RealWeddings: This Couple Got Married 11,053 Feet Up In The Air

From chasing waterfalls in Iceland, to jumping cliffs in Jamaica, and camping in the Sahara desert in Morocco, Stephen and I wanted a wedding that will satisfy our thirst for something unique, breathtaking, and to bring everyone to another one of our adventures.

Home to world-famous skiers, snowboarders, and Olympians, Mammoth is a small, but lovely ski town 6 hours north of Los Angeles. This venue just screamed perfection—guests would meet at the bottom of the ski resort, take a 15-minute gondola ride to the Top of the Mountain where you are overwhelmed by the breathtaking 360-degree views of the Eastern Sierra mountain range. After that, guests take a 7-minute gondola ride down to a night of partying, glee, and bottomless drinks.

We wanted an intimate, semi-destination wedding for 100 of our beloved friends and family.
