Jennifer Aniston’s Favorite 30-Minute HIIT Workout Is Finally Here In BGC!

It’s like sweating it out in a club, but better.

There’s a new HIIT workout in town, and it’s pretty hardcore! Located in the heart of BGC lies Rise Nation—a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that’s taken Los Angeles by storm. Some of its fans are no less than Hollywood A-listers Jennifer Aniston, Hilary Duff, and Ashley Green!

Founded in the United States by celebrity trainer and movement expert Jason Walsh, Rise Nation is a full body workout that uses the VersaClimber machine, an equipment that mimics vertical climbing. After encountering clients who suffered from various injuries from jumping into fitness trends, Jason thought it was about time to create a safer alternative. Thus, the birth of Rise Nation—a safe, low-risk workout that promises to yield satisfying results.

One of the several people who flew the hot, new workout from LA to Manila is Filipino entrepreneur PJ Roxas Chua. “I always travel on the job, so I found myself looking for a fast but efficient workout that will give me more time to spend with my kids. When I discovered this high-intensity 30-minute workout abroad, I initially thought, ‘There’s no way this is real!’—but here we are now!” Manila is also the first city in Asia to experience Rise Nation.

“Moms love it!”, PJ adds. “Some of our clients work out at Rise Nation right after dropping their kids off at school.” But aside from parents, Rise Nation is also perfect busy, on-the-go people looking for a quick workout that does the deal.

The intense routine targets the whole body—from your legs and arms, to your core and back. The best part about this fun workout? The studios are equipped with party lights and a sound system, so it’s literally like you’re sweating it out inside a club, sans the alcohol. So instead of tequila shots, why not bring your own lemon water, and hop in for a half-hour workout?

Rise Nation is located at the 2nd floor of the High Street South Corporate Plaza. Five sessions cost P1,500 for Rise Nation first-timers.
