Sleep Well Series: ExoMind Review

The process was fairly simple: I was made to lie down on a treatment bed with my head perfectly laid onto the EXOMIND pillow. The doctor, Dr. Roigie Guiyab started off the treatment by aligning the machine on top of my head and asking me if I felt the tapping sensations. The tapping is very light and almost negligible, and after a few minutes, it gives off a relaxing effect. One can easily doze off while undergoing this. Before I knew it, 24 minutes were over. The same process was done at the new Luminisce Prima, only I had a jade eye mask on, which added to the relaxation factor. I fell asleep, too!</p><p>While I am definitely in need of more sessions (it is ideally done for a series of six sessions, usually scheduled 1-2 times per week, I can honestly say I&#x27;ve felt the results already. I was able to wean from taking medication at night, and still, I got deeper sleep.
