They find peace in maintaining a small circle, understanding oneself, and preserving serenity from within. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Its Difference from Other Personality Traits</strong></div><p>Upon reading and examining other traits that usually recharge their energy based on their word derivation, introverts find joy in their own company, and extroverts draw their energy externally by being outward and socially energetic. An otrovert isn’t in-between; it faces away from the group. Starting with its first two syllables, &quot;otro,&quot; which means &quot;other&quot; in Latin, otroverts find gratification in being okay without being included—not being part of any large gathering. They also allow their positive energy to influence their surroundings. </p><p>Additionally, their prolonged time alone contributes to their emotional intelligence, accentuating their ability to resonate with the interlocutor.
