On our first day, they gave us a tour around the building, showcasing its neat and modern architecture that blends with the vibe of Makati—refreshing, curated, and pristine. </p><p>Afterwards, our retreat commenced with a breathwork meditation led by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/sama_wellbeing/?hl=en" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">SAMA Well-Being</a>—a nearby studio and wellness-focused offering curated specifically for our visit. The forty-minute session allowed our thoughts to wander, helping our minds calm down and learn the art of releasing energies that don&#x27;t serve us well anymore. True to its word, the breathing exercise contributed positively to our bodies, particularly our sleep. In case you were wondering, there are also a lot of charming cafes and amazing restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. After our delicious morning snack, we headed toward our next wellness session—a yoga class that stretched our muscles well. The session was also led by the same wellness center, this time with a different coach. All that stretching encouraged our blood to circulate better, returning our body to its naturally healthy state.</p><p>The best thing the yoga exercise did? It allowed our muscles to regain strength, realigning our posture and giving us a relaxing breathing practice.
