Boxing is a great cardio workout, which tones arm and ab muscles at the same time. Victoria&#x27;s Secret OG Angel <a href="https://www.instagram.com/adrianalima" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Adriana Lima</strong></a> swears by this workout, too! </p><p>In one of Shay&#x27;s most recent<a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DWFe_S6j3d8/?img_index=1" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> Instagram posts</a>, she shares a little behind-the-scenes action of her prepping for Baywatch scenes. Knowing that the shooting can get pretty intense and demanding of her physical skills, she values strength training via <strong>TRX workouts</strong> and <strong>dumbbells </strong>while balancing on a <strong>vibration plate</strong>. </p><p>Swimming, running around on the sand, and executing other action-packed scenes demands that Shay be in tip-top shape, and she makes sure she&#x27;s ready for all of it. Her visuals truly show us how hard she&#x27;s worked!
