If you’re looking to mix things up in your workout, turn your attention to these daring classes! Aerial exercise is a full body workout that incorporates equipments like hammock, hoop, straps that are great for strength training, balance and posture, while being suspended in the air. Whatever variety you choose, expect that it’ll be equal parts physical and fun!


Contrary to what you may initially think, you don’t need to be extremely flexible or balanced to be able to enjoy these aerial workouts. But if you’re a little adamant about trying it by yourself, you can always bring your girlfriends (or guy friends too!) and you can book a private group class. It can be a refreshing challenge to yourselves, a fun activity on your birthday, or even an unexpected alternative for your bachelorette party if you’re a bride-to-be.

Aerial Strap is a little more forgiving with the required strength you’ll be needing but lots of determination is to be expected. The moves executed on the Aerial Straps are similar to those of gymnastic rings and it targets your strength and precision.


Aerial Silk

You don't have to be super flexible to do this workout! You just have to be aware of your limits. This also promotes flexibility and you can pair this with your regular gym sessions.
