<p>If you’re looking to mix things up in your workout, turn your attention to these daring classes! Aerial exercise is a full body workout that incorporates equipments like hammock, hoop, straps that are great for strength training, balance and posture, while being suspended in the air. Whatever variety you choose, expect that it’ll be equal parts physical and fun!</p><div><br/></div><p>Contrary to what you may initially think, you don’t need to be extremely flexible or balanced to be able to enjoy these aerial workouts. But if you’re a little adamant about trying it by yourself, you can always bring your girlfriends (or guy friends too!) and you can book a private group class.
