Alexa Ilacad's Workout Gives Us The Motivation We Need

We see her doing push-ups, dips, squats, lunges, pulls, and other functional movements that will not only tone her body, but improve overall mobility and build muscle. She ends the video with a handstand, one she does effortlessly well we might add, and all we can say is, we&#x27;re pumped to get started on our own sweat session as well!</p><div><span
