She shows us a snippet of a day in her life—wherein she heads to Sparta Philippines, a fitness gym in Mandaluyong, and shows us some of the workout moves she's been mastering with her coach, including a handstand! We see her doing push-ups, dips, squats, lunges, pulls, and other functional movements that will not only tone her body, but improve overall mobility and build muscle. She ends the video with a handstand, one she does effortlessly well we might add, and all we can say is, we're pumped to get started on our own sweat session as well!
