For this particular shoot, he worked out with celebrity fitness trainer and owner of Ultimate Performance Nick Mitchell. <a href="https://www.menshealth.com/fitness/a45764967/glen-powell-workout-routine/" target="_blank">Mitchell shares</a> that Powell wanted to look &#x27;Not overly muscled,&#x27; with &#x27;eyes drawn to the detail of abs/serratus/intercostals, etc.</p><div><br/></div><p>As for his preparations as Hangman for &#x27;Top Gun: Maverick&#x27;, according to <a href="https://ultimateperformance.com/glen-powell-personal-training/" target="_blank">Ultimate Performance</a>, Powell got ripped by following a strict regimen to get him ready in seven, yes, seven weeks only!
