If You Want To Try Rowing But Don’t Want To Fall Into Our Rivers, Try This Out
Last month, Saddle Row opened their branch in the new wing of Power Plant Mall, where the Bridgeway meets the cinemas.
Guests of honor (front): Fred Uytengsu, Pia Cayetano, Ernie Lopez. (Center): Tin Coquiero (VP Power Plant Mall). Jammy and Sancho Honrado (Founder), Chris Allison (Founder) and (Back) Haresh Hiranand.
Metro.Style, along with celebrities and personalities got a sneak peek of what goes on inside this prestigious fitness boutique and here’s a look at their new home in Makati.
The Ride room
There are three types of Ride classes—The Exchange, a pure cycling workout that tests your stamina with sprints, climbs and different paces and speeds. Then there’s The Underground, a cardio-heavy dance party on wheels with varying beats and arm movements. And lastly The Resistance, which is a combination of climbs, dance, and sprints.
The Rowing room
For those who are eager to try their upper body strength through rowing, they also offer three classes for Row. Finesse is all about mastering the basics and perfecting your form, coupled with a few conditioning exercises. Crew is their signature class where you all row together as a team. And Circuit is a total body workout with some on-and-off Row moves for cardio and strength training.
Here are some of the guests in attendance. (Some of them even participated in the activities for the day!)
