These Are Park Min-Young's Secrets To Staying Fit And Glowing
Her workout is something we all can do!
Park Min-young is definitely in our list of top K-drama actresses these days. The 34-year-old stunner doesn't just have a pretty face, she also has legit acting chops to boot. Seen in some of our favorite K-dramas in the past like 'Healer', 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim', and 'Her Private Life', Park Min-young may as well be considered a queen in the romantic comedy genre, for her sheer ability to give justice to every role.
These days, she's busy documenting her life in her YouTube channel 'Just Parkminyoung', where she gives us an insider look into her exciting life as an actress, as well as a regular gal who loves to cook (she's a pro in kimchi making), enjoys spending time at home with her dog, and plans fun things like bridal showers. She's more relatable than you think, and if her vlog is any indication, you'd realize how much of a girl's girl she is—it's complete with tips on how to take the perfect photos and selfies!
And speaking of being a girl's girl, Min-young is no stranger to dieting and staying fit to look good for her job. In an interview with Cleo Singapore, she shares that she goes on a diet to lose weight, in preparation for a drama like 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim'. In her newest vlog, she also mentions that she makes sure her body is prepared before a good drama she's about to shoot for.
The extreme diet of eating only apples for three days in a row to lose weight has also been something Min-young has done in the past, if she felt like she needed to shed the pounds fast. While this isn't advisable for everyone, Min-young knows that discipline is key to maintaining those visuals.
One workout of hers that has gone viral is her love for dance, as seen in this YouTube video, where she rocks it out with pro dancer and choreographer May J Lee of 1Million Dance Studio in Seoul.
Who doesn't like dancing as a workout anyway? It's actually a fun way to get your cardio in, and the more intense the choreography is, the more you get to work those muscles out in the process!
