Vera Wang Is Fit And Fabulous at 70!

Here are her secrets!

Vera Wang is looking amazing at 70! One scroll through her Instagram account @verawang gives enough proof that the iconic fashion designer has indeed taken care of herself through the years, and is looking stunning in anything she wears (not to mention the amazing hair and flawless skin)!


For a lot of us, working out may seem like a chore, and like Vera Wang said in a Harper's Bazaar US interview, she is pressured to work out being around fit people all the time. But that doesn't mean she just ends the pressure there. She works on that pressure and actually gets to working out most days of the week! Now that's quarantine time well-spent!

We did a bit of digging on her diet and fitness secrets, and it's actually pretty easy to see that the 70-year-old designer maintains a balanced, attainable routine, if we keep our discipline like her. Apart from working out in the gym using machines like the treadmill and some weights, Vera likes doing physical activities like biking and playing golf—outdoor sessions that also help her get out of the house once in a while!






In terms of her diet, she tells Harper's Bazaar US that meals are never missed. Save for some tasty snacks like cheddar popcorn, ice cream, and the occasional donut, Vera likes posting her typical meals on Instagram, just like this Thanksgiving dinner made of real, nutritious food!
