Zac Efron Worked Out With Victoria's Secret Angels
In case you didn't know, Hollywood actor slash Youtube vlogger Zac Efron of High School Musical fame has a Youtube series "Gym Time", and recently, he dropped his latest video titled "Earning My Victoria's Secret Angel Wings". Now this is the kind of celebrity news that makes us tick!
This video basically shows the actor sweating it out with four of the "smartest, sweetest, and strongest" VS Angels Jasmine Tookes, Sara Sampaio, Josephine Skriver, and Kelsey Merritt.
In this video, apart from admiring everyone's ripped bodies, we basically find out that to get to their physical state, it takes a lot of hard work in the gym—in this case, an intense circuit and a basketball relay. We analyzed the video, and we learned three things:
Working out is therapy.
In this latest episode, they start off chatting about how being a Victoria's Secret model has pushed them to workout, and Josephine quickly quips, "the gym for me is that therapeutic space, you get that one hour, it's like this is my time." "It's also so fun when you have like a group of friends that all love working out, so it makes it that more fun," adds Jasmine.
These models are incredible athletes.
