Here’s How You Can Cop Pia Wurtzbach’s Gleaming Smile

Beauty queen-worthy smiles are possible with these tips!

Aside from her beauty and wit, Pia Wurtzbach also stuns us with her gleaming smile. It’s one of the first things we notice in her selfies and we can’t help but wonder how she makes her pearly whites look their best.

At the launch of the newest branch of Center for Advanced Dentistry—a dental clinic with a clientele that includes A-list celebrities like Gabbi Garcia, Isabelle Daza, Georgina Wilson, and more—in Greenhills, San Juan, our Miss Universe 2015, along with one of its celebrity dentists Dr. Nelda Eufemio, shared with us their tips on how you can take care of your teeth. Keep scrolling to see what they revealed to us:

Good oral hygiene starts at home. “Make sure to brush your teeth every day and floss,” Dr. Nelda tells Metro.Style. Pia stresses, “Don’t skip brushing no matter how tired you are. As soon as you wake up and before you go to bed.”

Go on regular dental visits. “Just because your teeth are okay and you don’t feel any pain, doesn’t mean you don’t have to keep going back to your dentist for professional cleaning. That’s still very important because there’s a lot that your regular toothbrush can’t reach,” she continues. Dr. Nelda recommends biannual checkups. “We suggest having your teeth checked every six months.”

Be mindful of what you eat. “Keep in mind that some food may stain your teeth, some food can damage them and lead to cavities,” concludes the beauty queen. “These three things can definitely go a long way.”
