TLC Tips: How To Take Better Care of Your Feet

Our feet serve as us our support, keep us mobile, and help us do things—but are we doing enough for them?

Feet. Where would we be without them? Oftentimes, we have no issues putting them through the wringer.  We stuff them into running shoes and go out to pound the pavement, determined to reach our 10,000 step count for the day. We cram them—or used to—into uncomfortable skyscraper heels and stand in them for hours. And so on and so forth.


We really should be taking better care of our feet. But are we doing enough? 

Let’s be real. How our feet work and look hardly takes first place—or second or third or even fourth—on our beauty and wellness service lists. They serve as us our support, keep us mobile, and help us do things, but in the sphere of self-care and aesthetics, they’re just… there. While we don’t necessarily have to lavish them with expensive care regimens, they deserve some spoiling every now and then.
