Being situated inside one of the metro’s central business districts, there is the inevitable background noise from external factors, so I highly recommend bringing a pair of noise-canceling earplugs. I was a bit hesitant since I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to handle the heat, but the warmth of the melted hot oil felt velvety smooth on the skin. It’s a 45-minute session that starts with a foot soak. The stimulation of specific points on the feet can trigger the release of endorphins—the body&#x27;s natural feel-good hormones. Endorphins contribute to a sense of well-being and relaxation, which can be conducive to better sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed this session and it’s best for those who have a tight schedule but would still like to prioritize a relaxing me-time. To further relax the mind and body, each session ends with a steaming cup of their famous ginger tea—complimentary, of course.</p><div><br/></div><p>The Spa Wellness may have gone through some challenges from the pandemic, but their commitment to top-notch therapeutic services won’t stop them from reopening their doors to beloved patrons and guests.
