The friendly staff welcomed me with warmth, taking the time to understand my lifestyle through a casual chat and assessment. They shared insights on connecting balance and health in a relatable way. They also suggested acupuncture to tackle imbalances in my body; it like a proactive health roadmap.</p><div><br/></div><p>The massage room was a haven of relaxation. Before the 60-minute magic began, I had a good 60 minutes to refresh. Picture this—a cozy huge space with two massage beds, a bath tub, a sauna, and even a foot spa treat. I went through a detox process, starting with a shower, then a sauna, followed by a relaxing dip in a hot bath. A gentle foot spa wrapped up the detox journey.</p><div><br/></div><p>The massage was like a dance of relaxation and targeted finger pressures. They told me it&#x27;s fantastic for anxiety, minor aches, and joint stiffness. I left feeling lighter, with stress gone and my body fully relaxed and beautifully balanced.</p><div><br/></div><p>After the massage, they handed me water and hot tea—a simple but caring touch. The whole experience felt like a personalized wellness story, leaving me not just relaxed, but genuinely in sync with a healthier me. They explained to me what Lympathic Drainage Massage does and how it encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. I chose this treatment because it aims to reduce water retention, boost weight loss, and aid digestion, among other things.</p><div><br/></div><p>Before we start the treatment, they made me choose which essential oil the masseuse will use for the massage. I chose ‘Recharge’ which has eucalyptus oil and a few citrusy notes. The massage room has a warm relaxing interior. It had two massage beds, a toilet and bath, a bathtub, and a sauna. The treatment began with a gentle 10-minute foot spa then the masseuse led me to the massage bed. The treatment felt like a gentle massage but with emphasis on the release points of the lymph nodes in the body like behind the ears, on the shoulders just below the collarbone, the insides of the elbows, on the contours of the hips, and inside the thighs. The movement of the massage is mostly downward with a few pressing motions.</p><div><br/></div><p>After the 90-minute massage, I felt a bit thirsty and had the urge to pee. The masseuse said that this effect is natural since the body needs to expel the excess water in the body and needs rehydration. There’s definitely a feeling of lightness after the massage.
