Metro Channel's Born For This, Hosted by Elle Adda, Is About To Premiere
The new lifestyle show, hosted by humanitarian and triathlete Elle Adda aims to empower Filipinos, starting by breaking the stigma surrounding mental health
A new lifestyle show coming to Metro Channel will take viewers on an inspirational health and wellness journey where they can learn how to start taking ownership of their well-being and life.
Born For This, premiering this Saturday, April 2, aims to empower Filipinos by breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, spreading educational awareness and guidance on holistic practices, and building community connection and support.
The show is hosted by humanitarian and triathlete Elle Adda, who is also a musician, motivational artist, public speaker, and chair of non-profit organization Fuel to Flourish.
With the organization’s help, the new program also aims to "help 1 million Filipinos overcome stress and anxiety as well as flourish with a complete well-being of the mind, body, and spirit" by 2025.
The premiere episode will focus on defining true health to discover one’s mind-body engine and learning to utilize it as a source of personal brand of extraordinary.
In the succeeding episodes, viewers can further reimagine their limits and transform their lives through the active practices of Behavioral Health: mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, bio-hacking, character strengths development, community connection, and a whole lot of passionate island adventures.
