But for those of you who are trying to go a little sinless with your V-day meals this year, there&#x27;s no need to cut out the fun. In fact, with our list of healthy treats, you&#x27;ll want to treat yourself and your beau all month long, even beyond!</p><div><br/></div><p>While a slice of decadent dulce de leche cake from time to time won&#x27;t hurt, having it habitually might hurt your sugar levels, so it&#x27;s best to schedule those treats strategically. Having some molten lava cake for Valentine&#x27;s day? Why not? But don&#x27;t overdo it by going overboard every single day.
