Dayanara Torres Then and Now 

<p>I remember it vividly: Glued to our television watching every <a href="https://www.missuniverse.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Miss Universe</strong></a><strong> </strong>candidate&#x27;s move as they vied for the crown back in 1993. Held in Mexico City, the pageant was one that was not historic for the Philippines, as our candidate Dindi Gallardo did not place in the competition, but it was truly memorable. She also starred alongside Aga Muhlach in the romantic movie &#x27;<em>Basta&#x27;t Kasama Kita</em>&#x27;. <strong></strong> </p><div><br/></div><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1763706259098Dayanara Torres Filipino movies.jpg" style="width:700px" class="fr-fic fr-dib fr-rounded"/></div><div><br/></div><p>Dayanara was well-loved in the entertainment industry and soon became a household name. Through the years, she has visited the Philippines, her second home from time to time, and to this day, she only has beautiful words to say about the country.</p><p>This year, we were blessed to see Dayanara co-host the 74th Miss Universe pageant alongside fellow beauty queen, <strong>Miss Universe 2022</strong>, Miss USA <strong>R&#x27;Bonney Gabriel</strong>. The duo shared their commentary after every round, which made us miss her even more. With a chic jet-black bob, her signature angular features, and beautiful gray-blue eyes, the Puerto Rican still stuns.
