In case you don't know it yet, attendees of the 2023 ABS-CBN Ball are expected to descend upon the red carpet in their stylish black tie looks. This year's dress code and theme focuses on the quiet elegance of floor-length gowns and tuxedos. Think embroidered ensembles, long satin dresses, and taffeta ball gowns.
